Should I choose 10,000mAh or 20,000mAh?
Choose 10,000mAh when a smaller power reserve suits your daily routine. A 20,000mAh model stores more energy for longer days or more devices, but is generally larger and heavier. Compare the specific models rather than capacity alone. Our 10,000mAh vs 20,000mAh guide explains the tradeoffs.
How many times will a power bank charge my phone?
There is no single charge count for every phone. It depends on the phone’s battery energy, power lost during charging and whether you use the phone while it charges. Dividing the power bank’s mAh by your phone’s mAh is only a rough comparison, not a reliable promise. See our capacity guide for a practical explanation.
Why is usable capacity lower than the advertised capacity?
The advertised mAh describes the power bank’s internal battery at its nominal voltage. USB output operates at a different voltage, and converting that energy generates some heat. The phone also uses energy while charging. Watt-hours (Wh) are more useful for comparing stored energy across different voltages.
Will a power bank work with my device?
Check the device’s charging requirements, the power bank’s output port and the cable connecting them. A matching connector alone does not guarantee fast charging or enough power for a laptop. Compare the product specifications with your device manufacturer’s requirements. If you are unsure, send us the exact device model before buying.
Can I use a PowerPulse power bank for a laptop?
Do not choose one for a laptop based on the USB-C connector alone. The PowerPulse 20K lists USB-C PD output up to 20W; that may be below a laptop’s requirements. The 10K listing does not provide a complete per-port output table. Check your laptop manufacturer’s required power and supported USB-C charging before buying.
Do the PowerPulse power banks charge phones wirelessly?
The PowerPulse 10K and 20K are listed for charging through USB-C and USB-A connections. Plan to connect your device with a compatible cable. The separate 4-in-1 Charging Station is the product in our range designed for compatible wireless-charging devices.
PowerPulse 10K and 20KSpecifications and connections for each power bank3 answers
What are the PowerPulse 10K’s listed specifications?
The PowerPulse 10K has a listed capacity of 10,000mAh, charging up to 22.5W, PD and QC 3.0 support, two USB-C and two USB-A connections, and a digital battery-percentage display. Maximum charging speed depends on the port, device and cable; 22.5W is not a promise for every connection.
What are the PowerPulse 20K’s listed specifications?
The PowerPulse 20K has a listed capacity of 20,000mAh / 74Wh, USB-A output up to 22.5W and USB-C PD output up to 20W. It has two USB-C and two USB-A connections and a digital battery-percentage display. The USB-C output profiles listed are 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A and 12V/1.67A. These are alternative supported profiles, not outputs to add together.
Which input ratings are listed for recharging PowerPulse 20K?
Its listed USB-C input profiles are 5V/3A, 9V/2A and 12V/1.5A. Use a compatible charger and cable connected to an input-capable port. The advertised 22.5W USB-A output rating describes charging a device, not recharging the power bank. See the 20K specifications.
4-in-1 Charging StationDevice fit, charging positions and included items7 answers
Which devices is the 4-in-1 station listed to support?
The station listing names iPhone 15/14/13/12/11 and their listed Pro/Pro Max variants; Apple Watch 9/8/Ultra/SE/7/6/5/4/3/2; compatible AirPods wireless-charging cases; and first-generation Apple Pencil. Check your exact device model and case. Newer or unlisted models should not be assumed compatible.
Will any AirPods case work on the station?
No. The case must support wireless charging. An AirPods generation name alone is not enough to establish that, because the case matters. Check your case’s charging capability before using the wireless position.
Does the Pencil slot work with Apple Pencil 2, USB-C or Pro?
The dedicated slot is listed for first-generation Apple Pencil only. Do not treat it as compatible with Apple Pencil 2, Apple Pencil (USB-C) or Apple Pencil Pro.
Will the station charge every iPhone at 15W?
No. The listing gives a maximum phone output of up to 15W, not a guaranteed rate for every iPhone. Actual charging depends on the device and charging setup. The other listed maxima are 3W for AirPods, 2.5W for Apple Watch and 1W for Apple Pencil; do not assume those ratings establish a combined output guarantee.
What is included with the charging station?
The listing includes the 4-in-1 Charging Station, a USB-C cable and a user manual. A wall power adapter is not listed among the included items.
Can I watch a video while my phone is on the stand?
The adjustable stand supports portrait and landscape viewing with a compatible phone. It also folds down for packing or storage. Position the device securely in its intended charging position.
Can I still buy the charging station?
The charging station is currently out of stock. We do not have a confirmed restock date to publish. Its help information remains available for customers who already own one.
Charging and everyday usePorts, cables, recharging and indicators8 answers
What do charging watts mean?
Watts describe power: volts multiplied by amps. A listed maximum such as 20W or 22.5W is a supported limit, not a constant speed delivered to every device. The device, port, cable and charging protocol must work together; charging normally slows as a battery fills. Read what charging watts mean.
What does USB-C input/output mean?
Input is power going into the power bank to recharge it. Output is power going out to your device. A port marked input/output can serve either role, but its input and output limits may differ. Our USB-C input/output guide shows what to look for.
Which port and cable should I use?
Use an output port that supports your device’s charging requirements and a compatible cable rated for the power involved. Do not assume every port has the same maximum output. Check the port labels and the specifications for your exact model; contact us if a label is unclear.
Can I charge more than one device?
On models with multiple supported outputs, yes. Available power may be shared when more than one device is connected, so each device may charge more slowly. Do not add together the separate port maxima and assume that total is available simultaneously. Check your model’s specifications or ask us about your setup.
How do I recharge the power bank?
Connect a compatible wall charger and cable to a port labeled for input. Check the power bank’s input rating before choosing a charger. The recharge time depends on the input limit, charger, cable and starting battery level. A higher-wattage charger cannot make the power bank accept more than its supported input.
What do the indicator lights or display mean?
Indicators vary by model. A percentage display shows an estimate of remaining charge; lights can indicate charge level or charging activity. For the meaning of a specific color or flashing pattern, use your model’s instructions or send us the model and a photo of the indicator.
What comes in the box?
Check the contents listed for the exact product you are ordering. If a cable or wall charger is not explicitly listed as included, do not assume it is supplied. Ask us before ordering if you need confirmation.
Can I recharge the power bank while it charges another device?
Pass-through charging has not been confirmed for the PowerPulse models. Recharge the power bank and charge your device separately rather than assuming simultaneous use is supported. A USB-C port marked input/output does not, by itself, establish pass-through capability.

Can I cancel an order or change the delivery address?
Use the contact form as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Sending a request does not mean the order has been changed or canceled; we need to confirm what is still possible for its fulfillment stage.
My parcel is late or marked delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
Check the tracking details and delivery address, including any carrier delivery note. For a delivered scan, check the usual safe place or building reception. If the parcel is still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking status so we can review the delivery issue.
What if I receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the item and packaging where helpful. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. Do not use a damaged battery product or ship it back without instructions. See our return and replacement policy.
Troubleshooting and safetyCharging problems and safe handling6 answers
What should I do if my power bank is not charging?
First check that you are using an input port and that the cable is fully connected. If there is no visible damage or unusual heat, try a known-working compatible cable, charger and wall outlet. If it still does not charge, stop troubleshooting and contact support with the model, indicator behavior and what you have tried. Do not open the case or attempt a battery repair.
Why is my phone charging slowly?
Common reasons include a nearly full phone battery, active phone use, a cable or port that does not support the intended charging mode, or power being shared between devices. Try charging one device with a compatible cable and the recommended output port. Our charging-speed guide explains the limits.
What if the power bank is swollen, damaged or unusually hot?
Stop using and charging it. Do not puncture, crush or open it, and do not put it in household trash. Follow local guidance for damaged lithium-battery disposal. Contact us for product support before attempting a return shipment. If it is smoking or there is an immediate fire risk, move away and contact emergency services.
Can I take a power bank on a plane?
For U.S. air travel, power banks are treated as spare lithium batteries: keep them in carry-on baggage, protect them against short circuits and remove them if your carry-on is gate-checked. Check the printed Wh rating and your airline’s rules before travel. The usual limit is 100Wh per battery; larger batteries have additional restrictions. Airline rules can be stricter, and damaged batteries are not permitted. See the FAA’s current lithium-battery guidance.
The power bank display is on, but my phone is not charging. What should I check?
Check that the phone is connected to an output-capable port and that both cable ends are firmly connected. Try a known-working compatible cable and check the phone’s charging indicator. The power bank’s display being on does not confirm that power is reaching your phone. If the problem continues, send support your power bank model, phone model and port used.
One connection works but another does not. Is the power bank faulty?
The ports may have different input/output roles or charging limits. Check the labels first, then try the intended output with a known-working compatible cable and device. If a supported output still fails, contact support with the port and device details. Do not insert tools into a port or open the case.
